Elizabeth Mitchel started her career as a fine artist before joining a Design Build remodeling firm in 2004. Over the next ten years, she became involved in every aspect of the design/build industry, and was promoted to Design Director and eventually Vice President before leaving to open her own firm, Finesse Design Remodeling.
Her projects have been recognized throughout the years with numerous design awards and have been featured in publications and media outlets, including a segment on NBC’s Today show. She is proud to have won her first Grand Award CotY (Contractor of the Year) Award at the age of 23.
Elizabeth’s true passion in remodeling design is to create a distinctive space that perfectly fits each client’s personality and needs, and functions seamlessly for their way of life.
Brian Bielski began his career as a Union Carpenter for several large construction firms, and owned and operated his own Design Build firm for more than 23 years prior to opening Finesse Design Remodeling in 2014. Over the years, his projects have been recognized with many remodeling awards.
His goal is to utilize his skills at problem solving and project management to create and complete projects that are practical, aesthetically pleasing, on time and on budget.
Brian’s education and certifications include a Master of Science degree in Applied Mathematics from Towson University, a BS Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland, and an Associate of Arts degree in Construction Management from Montgomery College; along with Project Management Professional (PMP®) and Certified Carpenter certifications.
Outside of work, Brian enjoys bass fishing, rock climbing, classic car restoration, skiing and snowboarding.
